斷面參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)合理 OPTIMUM FRAME COROSS SECTION PARAMETERS
本機(jī)的斷面參數(shù)系根據(jù)大量科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)，從中選擇最優(yōu)方案設(shè)計(jì)的，經(jīng)過適用證明導(dǎo)紗角范圍、最小氣圈高度參數(shù)均有利于改善捻度傳送和控制紡織張力，因此可提高錠速，減少紡紗斷頭。

牽伸裝置采用螺旋彈簧加壓的搖架，壓力穩(wěn)定可靠，操作方便，定期供油。
The whole system of draft gerring inside the cover is of strong construction with the assurance of correct transmission,and oiling to be periodic.
車頭傳動 HEADSTOCK GEARING
采用同步齒形帶傳動，有效的降低噪音。改變紗線支數(shù)、捻度及牽伸倍數(shù)的變換齒輪數(shù)，應(yīng)用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，且能互換使用，便于管理。傳動系統(tǒng)采用中央潤滑方法，定期供油。車尾面板上集中了所有電器操作原件，便于操作，同時(shí)能顯示運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀況下的錠速，輸出速度及捻度。

HIGH AUTOMATION
1.紡紗過程中，任何時(shí)候關(guān)車，能自動適應(yīng)停車。
Whenever the frame is required to stop during spinning the frame can stop automatically at a proper position.
2.如需提前落紗，能使鋼領(lǐng)板自動下降及適應(yīng)停車。
If doffer is required in advance.the ring rails will automatically wind down and stop at a proper position.
3.滿管后，鋼領(lǐng)板自動下降及自動適應(yīng)停車。
For full bobbins,the ring rails will down to starting position automatically.
4.開車前能使鋼領(lǐng)板自動復(fù)位。
While starting the machine,the ring rails will reset themselves at starting position automatically.
5.落紗前能自動接通落紗電源。
Before the doffing,the doffer electric source can be connected cutomatically.
6.開車后低速自動切換高速。
After start of machine,the speed is changed from low to high automatically.
